- Download the NordPass app on your desktop or phone or install the NordPass browser extension.
- If you’ve used a Nord Security product in the past, log in to your Nord Account. If you’re a new user, set up your account by entering your email address and activating the confirmation link you receive in your inbox. Create your Nord Account password.
- Open the app or the extension and sign in using your Nord Account credentials. You will be prompted to create a Master Password. Please note that this is not your Nord Account password and will only be used to access your encrypted vault. Make sure your Master Password is unique. Memorize it or keep it somewhere safe.
- Once you’ve opened the vault, you can add your first login credentials. If you have used a password manager before, you can import your old data.
- You can now start using your password manager. NordPass offers live synchronization, so you can keep it installed on multiple devices and browsers.
