Mac users, your day has come: NordPass is proud to present a Safari extension. You can now look up and create new passwords without leaving your browser. The extension also allows you to autosave and autofill passwords with a simple click. Set up the Safari browser extension now and enjoy an even more seamless password management experience. Here’s how.

How to set up NordPass extension on Safari
Get Safari extension:
For existing users: update NordPass to the latest version, and move to Step 2.
For new users: Download NordPass app, create your account and move to Step 2.
From the menu bar, click on Safari, then Preferences.
Select Extensions and NordPass extension.
There, under the Extensions section, you should see NordPass. To enable the extension, click on the checkbox.
NordPass will automatically display a 4-digit pairing code. Click the NordPass logo in your Safari browser’s toolbar to check whether the pairing codes match and click Confirm. The process connects the extensions to your Safari browser.
That's it! The NordPass extension is added to your Safari browser. Look for the NordPass icon next to your URL bar.
What can I do with the NordPass extension?
Autosave login credentials. The browser extension will suggest to save or update them for you when you create a new online account or sign in into an old one that isn’t yet saved in NordPass. You can do so in a click.
Autofill login credentials. The NordPass browser extension recognizes your favorite websites and offers to fill in your login credentials for you. Similarly to the autosave feature, all you need is one click - press the NordPass icon and fill in your login credentials.
Access your passwords, secure notes, and credit card details while browsing. You don’t need to leave the browser to look up your items. Just click on the NordPass icon and use the search bar to find them.
Generate new unique passwords. You probably already know that the more unique your password is, the more difficult it will be to hack it. But how can you create one on the spot? When creating a new account, click on the NordPass icon to generate a strong password.
What other browsers and platforms does NordPass support?
Currently, you can add the NordPass extension to Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, and Safari. You can also download NordPass on your computer, tablet, or phone, and use it offline. We believe that you should be able to access your passwords whenever you need them, wherever you are.
