We have some exciting news to share with our users — NordPass Business is introducing single sign-on (SSO) with Google Workspace. We’re thrilled to offer this solution for small and midsize businesses (SMBs). Previously SMBs had limited options when it came to SSO capabilities since such functionalities would usually be reserved for enterprise-tier solutions. The use of SSO is set to enhance NordPass Business users’ experience and simplify the login process.

What is SSO with Google Workspace, and how does it work?
Google Workspace SSO allows all employees of your organization to sign into NordPass with their Google account. Most users prefer to access services with one click rather than create new accounts and passwords.
With SSO, this process is quick and straightforward. It not only simplifies the login process for employees, but it also makes it easier for IT administrators to handle user identification.
What does Google Workspace SSO mean for NordPass Business users?
SSO is built on trust: when the user’s identity is confirmed, they can access the NordPass app with their master password. While SSO eliminates the need to create multiple passwords, NordPass helps to identify weak or old passwords and generates complex ones.
Setting up SSO on NordPass is easy. Just head to the Admin Panel and enable SSO with a few clicks. For more information, please read our help guide on how to set up SSO with Google Workspace in your organization.
