No. We don’t require you to provide credit card information to start the free trial. You only need to provide payment details when you purchase a plan, and we will only charge you once your payment process is completed.

You may cancel your subscription (turn off automatic renewals) at any time. You can do so by contacting our customer support at [email protected]. Subscription cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the NordPass Business services through the end of your current subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the unused part of the current subscription period. With a monthly NordPass plan, you pay the full price upfront for each month of service. Your subscription renews automatically until you decide to cancel. While rolling monthly plan contracts offer more flexibility, choosing an annual or 2-year plan will provide better value in the long run with lower average costs each month.

Yes. You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan by logging in to your NordPass Admin Panel and opening the “Billing” tab. Select the “Upgrade Plan” option there. Your new plan will usually start after your current billing cycle ends, with the annual fee charged at renewal.
